Before the Republic of Hayao became the richest and most dangerous country for ANY known superheroine, they were just a poor 3rd world country that nobody wanted to do business with. Criminal activity was high, government debt was alarming, and the quality of life was horrible. Following our story shows the transformation of this banana republic into one of the most advanced police states in the world. We see Lord Black Bile´s road to power and how he managed to capture such superheroines as Supergirl, She-Hulk, and Wonder Woman. Ironically it all started with a stupid law, where private citizens were forbidden to own any kind of pets…
