The world is in danger. Millions of women have been infected with an unknown parasite causing them to lose the ability to lactate during motherhood. Nobody knows why. The only solution to save earth’s population is through milk donations. Naturally, Superheroines decide to lead by example, agreeing to being infected with a milk boost virus. But little do they know it has a devastating effect on their superpowers. Not wanting to be left behind, Lunagirl decides to visit a Milk Clinic Center for her donation, but she quickly discovers something fishy behind this sudden outbreak of milk disease.
